Scheduling meetings using ME Zoom Room
- Make sure that ME-Goodwin 461 is selected as the calendar, and you enter 461 Goodwin as the location.
- From the Zoom menu, select Add a Zoom Meeting. This will populate the details window with all of the Zoom information.
- At this point, you can change any meeting settings you like. Passcode vs Waiting room...etc. Under Advanced Options, you can set the meeting to automatically record as well. You want to make sure that you choose Cloud as the recording option.
- Click Send to save the meeting.
- Once your meeting is created, it will appear on the iPad in the room and automatically start at the designated time.
